Cancellation Policy

At Echomingle, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy:

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please email us at service@echomingle.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the order status.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
