Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every piece you receive from Echomingle. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

After 30 days, we’re not able to accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached
-
Be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or odors
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the return and send it back to you.
3. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Underwear and lingerie
-
Swimwear that has had the hygiene liner removed or damaged

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page or at checkout
Please check the product description carefully before purchasing these items.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, size, or style preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping after we confirm the issue. Please contact us before sending the item back.
5. How to Start a Return

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your shipping receipt as proof.
We do not accept packages returned without prior approval.
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, insurance, and any customs or import taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please:

Return the original item following the process above, and

Place a new order for the preferred item.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Different from what you ordered,
please contact us at marketing@echomingle.com within 7 days of delivery, with:

Your order number,

A brief description of the issue, and
-
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
9. Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be canceled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be handled as a return under this policy.
